I will start with a small story. A few days back,an unheard of minister was visiting an less-heard of town in a southmost state of India. And this town, where power cut is more regular than a cock cooing in the morning, had continuous power for nearly 10 days! This is the happy first half of the story. Till the interval. Now comes the main twist in the story, barely 5 days after the depature of the bonne minister. There came days with 3 hrs power cut a day. But thats not the climax. This timing increased with the pace of a Twenty20 match. But the 20th over is nowhere in sight. Now the postmortem. Why was no powercut when the minister came? And why so much power cut in the first place? When we can sell power to our neighbouring state, why we dont have any for ourself? Will we get an answer? The question hangs in mid air......
